SEW GOOD

We are offering a half day workshop (3 hours) which will give 8 young people an opportunity to learn basic sewing skills.

Using reclaimed fabrics to make either: double sided bunting, a tote bag or a half square head scarf they will learn how to: Handle and cut fabric using a simple pattern Use the basic functions of a sewing machine including threading, bobbin winding and sewing seams. Hand sewing techniques, negotiate corners, clipping and turning, attaching bias binding.

MONEY MANAGEMENT

We are offering Money Management course to increase the learners financial literacy for key financial tasks through basic skills.
