Power of Your Vote

Llais Ifanc have been working hard to develop a young person’s manifesto, highlighting key asks for the next group of Senedd members.

As Llais Ifanc we met with several focus groups of youth groups, individuals and member organisations associated with Youth Cymru. All to ensure we were able to identify the most relevant issues concerning young people in Wales today.  We also carried out a consultation through our website and social media where we asked young people their priorities for Wales in the upcoming elections. We listened and collated these responses and made them into a Llais Ifanc Manifesto, which we’re excited to be releasing February 2021, along with a handful of short videos bringing our asks to life.

Our Manifesto is live now! Check it out further into this page!

'The Power of Your Vote' Podcast Series

Now we have a new age cohort which can vote, we need to push and campaign for as many young people to register to vote in the Welsh Parliament elections next year. As Llais Ifanc we are developing a series of 4 podcasts covering topical areas such as social justice, mental health and the environment. These are being released in February 2021 in the lead up to our youth-led hustings event below so stayed tunes.
