IntroFest is our Youth music festival. For the past two years, we have brought together young musicians and artists from across Wales to the idyllic setting of Ogmore Castle, for a fun-filled weekend of music, food, and activities.
A free festival, aimed at ages 11-25, IntroFest aims to give young people the chance to perform on a festival stage, work backstage, and get some experience planning and organising live events. Aswell as the performances on stage, young people have run youth led stalls, activities, and workshops in our Youth Cymru marquee for those that attend, there has also been the option of fairground rides, horse riding, and tours of the castle ruins, along with many tasty street food stalls to choose from.
