This 2025-2030 Strategy sets out our priorities. We are clear about the difference we want to make for young people and know we will achieve this by working collaboratively and supporting our members in Wales.
Youth Cymru’s Strategy 2025-30
This strategy places young people at the heart of everything we do, empowering them to thrive through unique, innovative, and life-changing opportunities. As a member organisation for all of Wales, we unite diverse sectors working with young people. We aim to become the leading member-led organisation for youth work in Wales, driving collaboration and impact.
Our Priorities
Priority One
We will trail-blaze collaborative, unique, innovative and life-changing opportunities, projects and programmes, for young people in Wales to thrive.
Priority Two
Leading workforce development in safe and effective youth work that evidences its impact on young people.
Priority Three
To provide our members access to high-quality resources, training, partnerships, and funding to enhance their work with young people.
Priority Four
To grow Youth Cymru as a sustainable organisation with sufficient expertise, funding, and resources to achieve our mission.
