Young Leaders Programme
Are you aged 16 to 25 and eager to make a difference in Wales? Join our Young Leaders Programme!
Become a Leader, Be the Change!
We’re looking for the changemakers, the leaders, and the young passionate voices across Wales who know what matters and are not afraid to advocate for important change.
What You’ll Do as a Young Leader
This is your opportunity to access leadership and youth work training, enhance your skills, boost your CV, build your network, and so much more.
You’ll do this by attending bi-weekly online taught sessions while undertaking a youth work placement. Our Youth Cymru team will support you throughout your journey.
Our youth work approach encourages open communication between learners and tutors, helping you get the most out of the programme. The sessions will be delivered in the evenings, so there’s no need to worry about clashes with school, college, work, or other daytime commitments.
