Yolay is a communications and social media-focused Co-Creator based in South Wales. Her work centres on amplifying youth voice through social media, public speaking, digital storytelling, and creative engagement. Passionate about ensuring young people have genuine influence, she brings a strong track record in youth advocacy, climate action, and participation.
Yolay has spent two years serving on the NSPCC’s Young People’s Board for Change and a year and a half as Chair of the Youth Climate Ambassadors for Wales, where she helped guide national conversations on young people’s rights and the climate crisis. She has spoken at major events, including the Conservative and Labour Party Conferences in 2023 and 2024, and recently represented young people on an international stage at the CCIVS General Assembly in Pretoria, South Africa.
Her professional development also includes completing an internship with HeyClients.io, where she became certified in website and funnel design and strengthened her skills in digital communications and creative strategy.
Outside of her advocacy and co-creation work, Yolay loves travelling, exploring new places, and staying active. She is a keen runner who regularly signs herself up for far too many races, bringing the same energy, determination, and enthusiasm to her personal challenges as she does to her youth-focused work.
