Kate is a dedicated freelance trainer and consultant, working across the voluntary and charity sector in South Wales. She helps organizations develop, grow, and generate income, while upskilling teams to increase their impact on children, young people, and communities.
With a passion for community development, Kate is also the Chair of Community House in Newport, a multi-cultural, multi-faith community centre supporting the Maindee neighbourhood and beyond.
Kate is currently studying for a PhD in Criminology and Social Policy, exploring the role of restorative practices in schools, and is an active member of the Newport Fairness Commission, championing social justice and equality.
Her expertise, commitment, and vision make her an invaluable part of the Youth Cymru team!
