Jodie Stephens

Jodie Stephens works in Financial Administration at Youth Cymru, where she supports budgeting, payroll, and general administrative duties, helping the team run smoothly and efficiently. Since joining in March 2026, Jodie has enjoyed contributing to an organisation dedicated to empowering young people and supporting their ambitions.

Jodie graduated from the University of Cardiff with a degree in Sociology, developing a keen interest in social issues. Her undergraduate dissertation explored how young people from alternative families integrated into a close-knit rural Welsh community, and the challenges they faced in adapting to a new cultural environment.

Working for Youth Cymru allows Jodie to contribute to a charity whose values reflect her own, helping young people to thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys walks in nature, exploring historical sites, and spending quality time with her family.
