Funded by Spirit of 2012, Creative Minds will work with 3 Creative wellbeing Hubs to help destigmatise mental health and disability. Hubs will work with 13 Champions each year who will engage with a further 100 young people each year, delivering creative activities to better support their mental health and perceptions of disability. We will create a toolkit of activities and creative workshops which will support mental health and hold a Celebration and Sharing event. Young people will also deliver Social Action Projects to their communities to raise awareness of mental health and disability.
