We empower members with resources, training, and funding, lead impactful youth workforce development, create innovative opportunities for young people, and grow as a sustainable organisation driving positive change across Wales.

We support our members and young people to access and obtain additional resources, providing more choices and chances for learning, development and growth. We provide our members with training, accreditation and the opportunities to develop.
Our Values
Our core values are rooted in youth work and rights and participation. We prioritise accessibility for all young people, especially those facing isolation, disadvantage, or discrimination, ensuring their voices shape, lead, and influence everything we do.
Cross Nations Partnership
We work alongside UK Youth, Youth Scotland, Youth Action Northern Ireland, and Youth Work Ireland who are leading youth work charities dedicated to enhancing young people’s life chances across the UK and Ireland. With a century of collaboration, we work locally, regionally, and nationally, fostering impactful opportunities and ensuring support for young people to thrive in their communities and beyond.
